About SupportNest

Support is storytelling under pressure. The tool should carry the memory.

SupportNest grew out of a two-person support desk that drowned in good intentions — threads in personal mailboxes, promises nobody wrote down, customers who had to repeat themselves. The founders built the nest they wished they had: a shared inbox where every conversation has an owner, a status, and a memory. Care is the people's job; continuity is the tool's.

Operating principles

Three things we refuse to ship

No orphan threads

Every conversation gets an owner the moment it enters the nest. If it's nobody's, it's the team lead's — visibly.

No context tax on customers

Customers never repeat themselves. The thread is the memory — available to whoever picks up the next reply.

No dead controls

Every button on this site drives real behavior — including the demo inbox, which claims, replies, statuses, and drafts for real.

The road so far

From overflow to nest

  1. 2024

    One inbox too many

Two agents, six mailboxes, and an 'urgent' folder used as a queue. The first sketch of the nest: one queue, visible owners, honest statuses.

  2. 2025

    The thread became the product

Inbox v1 shipped with claiming and statuses; the AI drafts landed after watching agents retype the same apology a hundred times.

  3. 2026

    The nest opens

Three plans, four channels, contacts view, CSAT on solved — everything the desk needs, nothing it doesn't. The door's open.

Take a ticket off the pile.

The demo nest runs the full product — inbox, assignment, AI drafts included.
