2. What browser storage is used instead
The product stores your session, account record, workspace state, and conversation history in your browser's local storage under names beginning with supportnest.* — this is how your nest survives a page reload.
This storage is only readable by the SupportNest site in the browser profile that created it; clearing site data removes everything.
3. How to clear it
Use the reset control in workspace settings for a clean nest, or the browser's own 'delete site data' action to remove all state at once. Both are always available and always effective.
